Cleaning Tech

Bob came out and did the estimate.  He was extremely professional.
He pointed out that they do a lot of office cleaning but they also do homes.
Our regular cleaning lady of 2 years just moved to Tennessee.   I explained to Bob that we could not pay corporate rates for housecleaning.
He convinced me that his services were competitive with even our neighborhood cleaning lady.
He was right.
For exactly what we had paid her, he and his employee then came to our house, and on the first day worked a combined 8-10 hours of labor between the two of them doing a "thorough" cleaning. 
Bob explained that the thorough cleaning on the first day made it easier and significanty faster to clean in the future.  
They were both extremely professional, and never stopped working even for a break.
Our previous cleaning lady was very nice, but we frequently had to follow up and check her work or things would not get done.
Her grades Bathrooms 10/10   Floors 8/10  Dusting 1/10  .   Motivation to do a good job 7/10
Bob and CleaningTech.  So far 10/10 in every category with Bob checking often that they are doing things EXACTLY the way we would like them done, and to our COMPLETE satisfaction.
Here is the kicker.   I always thought our cleaning lady did a fine job.   My wife was never completely happy.  She never felt that the house was "clean".   To my frustration she would dust for hours during the weekend and especially before parties.
CleaningTech. My wife called and told me she was amazed.  "I've spent entire weekends cleaning, and our house has never been this clean!"  
CleaningTech made my wife happy.
Everything about this experience so far, is a flat out "WOW!"
