Before I hired them, I stressed the importance of their correctly grounding the antenna since I live in the woods, on a hill, in rural Pa. They assured me since they were professionals, of course, they would ground the antenna. Brandon, the sales person, and Rick did the work. Brandon asked for 50% of the total amount up front. At the end of the process, he asked for an additional $100.
They drilled holes in my walls which they did not fill in. I had bugs coming into my home until I hired someone else to fix the problems. They cancelled appointment after appointment. Before they left, after the work was complete, I again asked if the antenna had been correctly grounded. Rick said it was the "state of the art" type of grounding. The next weekend, my brother visited, and walked around and around the house and said he could find no evidence  the antenna was grounded. When I called Brandon and Rick, Rick said that he had never grounded any antennas in the 40 years he did the installation and that I would have more chance of being hit by a car than lightning striking my house. I hired a local electrical company to ground the antenna. Brandon said he would pay the bill, but, of course, he never did. They lied to me again and again. Their business is also called Loganvile Satellite. I even drove to neighbors who had antennas to warn them that if Rick and Brandon did the work, their antenna was not grounded.

my remote broke and so on 8/25/12 i bought the remotes.  On 8/26/12 and call dish network and they were going to update my antenna.  i called the person back right away and I have done nothing with the remote's and i called dish.  On 9/1/12 I installed a remote that I got from a friend and it worked just fine.  On 9/4/12 I was told that I could return the remote's but was on a job and i couldn't talk right now. On 8/25/12 I ran into his wife later on down the road and she said we would make it right.  i was in the hospital for a while and that is why it is taking me so long to get back with Angie's List.  I picked them up in a small parking lot and not in a store.  I tried to return them on the spot but the wife said my husband can make anything work.  If he was unable to fix them his wife said I could return them with no problem.  On 9/7/12 I drove down to the store to return the remote's.  He has never called me back.
