August had started a handyman business shortly before I contacted him. He was prompt and congenial and helped with other issues while working in the house...helped to hook up the dehumidifier which was not working well, and assessed a leaking basement toilet and made suggestions to deal with deteriorating plaster and peeling wallpaper in the dining room. He, also, provided info about window well covers which he could install. Over-all the doors looked much better after residue of paint was removed and the doors where sanded and stained. I would reuse his services for future projects. I wasn't sure how the price compared with other providers, but was over-all satisfied with the results.

August is fantastic. He has tremendous attention to detail and does very high quality work. He cleans up well. He changes anything you have a question about. He costs a bit more, and we made the mistake of hiring someone else to do some other work. We wish we'd used August again because the cost is well worth it. He is sometimes hard to get because he's in high demand, but it's worth waiting for him. Can't say enough praise.

It went great! From the estimate through the completion of the work (which took about 3 weeks due to weather delays) I found Bellanca Handyman to be a pleasure to work with. August and Marvin were unfailingly prompt and polite, and very considerate of me and my young son while they worked. They worked hard all day and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. Most importantly, the work they did is very high quality. August consistently checked in with us to see if we were happy with the work and to confirm small details. I felt like, in his mind, the job wasn't done until we were satisfied. We agreed to some small changes to the SOW and had to communicate about scheduling; August's wife, who handles all of the communication and scheduling, was also a pleasure to work with. I recommend them *very highly.* (I did give them a B for price because theirs was not the cheapest estimate we got. But I chose them because I was concerned about the work being done quickly and well. Now that the work is complete, I feel confident that the price I am paying is paid worth it for the quality of the work and the ease of the experience.)
