Responded to initial call quickly to come out and estimate job. Advised he was busy and might be a few weeks before he could get to the work. Had to call and remind him after about 5 weeks. He again responded quickly with a call back and we arranged for him to do the work within a week. Work was as agreed for price agreed. Overall very good job.
