I called 7:30 in the morning and explained that I was sure I had a clog in my sewer line from the house to the septic tank. Chad was on another phone call but called me back within minutes. Asked a few questions and confirmed the problem was in the main line. He said had a couple of morning commitments but would I be ok if he arrived after lunch. Arrived around 2 pm. The small access pipe to the point where the main line enters the septic tank was not visible. Chad was sure it was there so we started digging. He said he could clean the line from the access point at the house but would rather go from the tank up and that most clogs are where the line enters the septic tank. It took maybe a half hour of digging and probing until we found the pipe. Opened it up and he was able to free the clog in less than a minute. I have been using Walter Strohl for years for regular septic tank cleaning and service and Chad has always been willing to go the extra mile.
