He was extremely personable and very professional. He called to schedule and follow up prior to the date of the inspection. I felt confident in him during the entire process. Thomas did not put on the inspection report the important things, main/major issues with the house. We were looking at purchasing the home and were not aware of all the major issues. Thomas put things on the report that were not true. I would not recommend AmeriSure Home Services.

Tom was in a word: Phenomenal. I scheduled an Inspection and Radon Test on HomeAdvisor. Tom reached out within minutes of my scheduling the appointment. He was extremely thorough yet timely and gave simple suggestions. The last thing he sought to do was to nickel and dime us- we truly appreciated that. He was very personable and kind. His prices we the best in the area (we shopped around) and the quality of his work speaks for itself. We've favorited him and will be giving him a ring for our next home.

The pre-sale home inspection and report Tom performed was well worth the cost. He found several safety items we were unaware of. We will definitely have him perform an inspection on our new home!!
