Johnson replace the toilet flange and about 3 feet of piping under the toilet. He used 4" piping and horizontally downsized it to the 3" piping in my home. This is against building code and caused my pipe to backup. It cost me about $700 to get it fixed by a REAL professional. I gave Johnson a chance to reimburse me for the work but he denied that he replaced the pipe. Lied directly to me. He was all around unprofessional. He showed up well after the appointment window, was not dressed to work, and left a massive mess in my basement. He dropped a bottle of pipe glue all over my water heater and washer. He left plastic shavings all over the floor from sawing the pipe. He cut my main sewage line open and left for an hour. My whole house smelled like methane and sewage, my family was unable to shower. Johnson should find another career path because this is not for him.
