Tom DeFerrari is very professional and punctual.  We set up a time for him to tune our piano.  He arrived on time was very quick and thorough.  The price was very reasonable.  I have had him tune our piano for several years now (since 2010) and he has always been friendly, punctual, reliable and reasonably priced.  Highly recommend him.
