John was extremely thorough and professional. Answered all of our questions. Produced a comprehensive report with photos of problem areas and provided descriptions of why they were now or could become problems in the future. His estimate of roof age agreed with what the homeowner told us. He tested windows, doors, appliances, plumbing fixtures, hot water temperature, and all electrical outlets. He took the cover off the breaker box and examined the wiring and circuits. He climbed to the attic and measured the depth of insulation. He examined the exterior siding , gutters, and brick facing. We have a much better understanding of the property thanks to his work. We would recommend him without any reservation.
