The work went pretty well. The person who showed up and was prompt and early. The quality of the work done was very good and I was pleased with what they did. The only criticisms that I have are that I felt that the price was too high for there only being one person doing all of the work. Previously when I had used this company they had sent 2 people out to do the work. Also, I had requested that everything be placed back exactly where it initially was and this was not done to my satisfaction. They did good work, I just felt that there should've been 2 people on the job. I inquired as to whether or not they offered a senior citizen or military discount to which they said that they did not.

They are reliable, dependable, trustworthy, detail oriented, accommodating. Two nice gentlemen got here about 10 mins early completed the job and we are very pleased.

We had some very old large spots on the carpet, the provider effortlessly removed all these tough stains. The carpet is beige
Berber with more than 15 years old stains--they are not completely gone as far as the look like a new carpet goes but are now non-existent. We are very happy with the result.
The person was on time, extremely efficient, professional-- wore clean plastic booties once the area was cleaned, moved all the furniture, was very courteous and the total cost was less then the estimate given as accordingly to him the spots was easy to remove hence lower cost. He also finished the job under the estimated time. Our floor looks new.

I had three areas cleaned and protected. Without the protectant added it would have only been 140 polite workers moved everything to make sure all areas were clean. Dried quickly despite the rain outside. On time and done relatively quick.

Made the appointment in June. I had to be out of my apartment by the end of July. They game me several choices for appointments. I choose a 9;00AM appointment. The technicians arrived 5 minutes early and were wonderful to talk to. They explained everything they were going to do and did not try to talk me into any additional products or services. Carpets were clean and smelling fresh in less than an hour. They carefully moved and returned all my furniture. The carpets dried in about 2 hours. I received my full security deposit back from my landlord for the carpets.
