She was incredibly patient while we waited for the perfect house to come on the market! she showed me several properties over a period of two years until we found the perfect house at the perfect price in the perfect neighborhood! She is incredibly patient! Her experience writing contracts is very deep. The first house I put in an offer on, the sale wound up falling through and she had added every necessary clause to the contract to ensure that I was covered and would recieve my full deposit back in case of an issue. She knew exactly what I needed to include to ensure that all of my bases were covered, and without her knowledge I would have lost quite a bit of money. Her entire team is extremely professional, they are patient, they are incredibly quick at responding to all forms of communication (text, email and phone) and I can't imagine having gone through the stressful process of buying my first home without them. They were there for me every step of the way with recommendations about pitfalls and hidden issues to look out for, sound advice on offers, and they are just wonderful, kind, pleasant people to work with in general.
