The realtor I had, didn't do things very ethical. Things that were told to them were disclosed to others, like your bottom price. They had negative things to say about the land I was selling. They also refused to show a person the house because they didn't have a paper from the bank to show they could pay for the mortgage after I told them to show the place. I actually lost two sales because of them.
