Something in the undercarriage of my car broke, and so I took it to Joel Confer Toyota to have the problem diagnosed. They provided an estimate, but charged me $40 for it. I ended up not having them fix the problem, because there were several other places that offered to fix it for less than a quarter of the price. I was surprised that they charged me for the diagnosis - many other places I have been to in the past provide that service free of charge. On a positive note, however, they have a van that will drive you home from the dealership or pick you up when it's time to get your car. The man who drove was very friendly, and it was quite convenient.

Joel Confer Auto Outlet provided very good services. We can drop the car, they can drive you home and then they will call you and pick you up and is very professional. I have been very satisfied with their service. The shop is very professional, the body shop is good as well. They take a good care of the car and it has been a very good experience.

I purchased my Prius from this dealer in 2007. Since the car was a hybrid, I was afraid to take it to just any mechanic, so I went to the dealer's service department for maintanence. I have been very happy with their maintanence service, recall work, and inspections ever since. They are always friendly, on time (amazingly fast sometimes) and have never and quot;gougedand quot; me on anything. I'm usually surprised how little it costs. Certainly cheaper than going to a oil changing place like Jiffy Lube. They provide a car and driver to drop you off where you need to be that day and pick you up when your car is done. It's been the same guy for as long as I've owned the car and he is always a pleasure to talk to. I must say that my experience with the Joel Confer Service department has been exceptionally good for the last 6 years! On a side note, the sales guys never pressure me to purchase a new car there while I'm there. I certainly recommend both the car and the dealership.
