I got the distinct impression that this shop only wants to do maintenance and inspections - they were very firm that a diagnostic cost would be high even if they had no success, and that is exactly what happened - a suzuki dealer had no clue why a suzuki vehicle has noises. A Firestone shop solved the problem in one visit.

I love my Suzuki. Sorry to see Suzuki fold. I still would like to buy another one. Maybe a 2012 model. Mr. Goldberg is a great guy to deal with. Always gives you a good deal. Will miss the new Suzukis.
