house cleaning
+ -1 moreThey did not do the seven hours of cleaning. I spent an entire weekend cleaning the apartment and even bought my own supplies. I even cleaned behind the refridgerator and stove. I did a very through rough clean. I believe this charge is always tagged onto to tenants after move out. It is a college town with mainly 20 year old as tenants. It should not of been charged since the apartment was in perfect shape after she had left it. I did speak with the office to try and get a walk through because I knew it was spotless. They did not grant me the walk through and even stated "that's what they all say". I would like this money given back since it was wrongly charged and given to THON.
Description of Work: They weren't hired my me they were hired by continental. They charged for seven hours of labor for the apartment that my daughter moved out of.
