Ehrlich Pest Control

I think our problem is solved! I wish I had called Erlich at the start of this ordeal rather than after we spent $$ on other products that only helped for a short time. They were very responsive to my needs--I took off from work on the appointed day and called them when they didn't show up in the time mentioned. It turns out the appointment got recorded incorrectly and was listed for the next day! However, they immediately contacted their techs to see who might be available and since none of them had open time, the manager himself came to apply the treatment! Great customer service.

The guy that comes out is phenominal. Come to find out you can pay monthly if you so choose, which I was never told. We have used them for about 10 years. I pay about $500/yr but was supposed to get a 5% discount, but I never got it in all the 10 years. I mentioned that I wanted them to bill me in June but they always bill me in March still. When I did some math it looks like over 10 years I have lost about $250 not getting my discount. I have tried to discuss this with them but he is not doing anything about it other than giving a credit for the 5% for this year. Keith is really hard to get ahold of. The only thing that has kept me around has been the great employees. The technician deserves a rasie, he does a great job, my struggle is with the management.

I was very pleased with the service.  The price was below a competitor's quote, and the service was excellent.  Manager (Keith) explained everything that they would do to remove waste.  Service was provided the following business day. Technician also cleaned the house and the windows where bird waste was evident.  Great people to deal with, and excellent service. I would certainaly use them again and highly recommend them !

Great service! Would highly recommend! Technician arrived and took care of our ant problem. He also laid out traps and helped us set up a yearly service. He was extremely professional, prompt and very patient with all of our questions. THe tech also did a complete review of our outside area free of charge!

They always do a great job.

The onslaught is likely to disappear eventually, depending upon the natural circumstances.  I am better equipped to deal with small-scale invasions of millipedes.
I would certainly use Ehrlich again for pest control issues.

My mom pays the bill, they are very thorough, if they see anything, they let you know what you can or you cannot do for it.  They are very professional. 

I recommend them. I have a regular plan with them. They come out once a month and spray. If I ever need something extra done they come out at no extra cost. They get the job done and I haven't had any problems since they've been coming out.

They came out inspected and continued to respond to check traps and spray as this is a regular contract.  I went with the contract which was about $175-$200 to start then about $47 per month.  This was best for me because I did not want the hassles of calling and paying because where I live there is always something.  They are very nice technicians and they always go out of their way to help resolve the problems.  They are on time and very clean.

J C Ehrlich Termite & Pest, does a quarterly inspection and sprays once a year for prevention. Three or four years ago we had a big lady bug problem and they got rid of them. They are always right on time and does a very good job for us 

They are good. I have never had a problem with them.

We have been very pleased with their service and think their pricing is fair. What I like the most is that they follow a strict schedule, that I don't have to manage, and will come to inspect and spray our property. After using them, the pests have been completely removed.

We didn't end up spending anything because it was on our home owners association.  The different gentlemen that they sent out over the years were most knowledgeable and very polite.  They took care to clean up after themselves.  When you have initial termite bloom or something like that, they come out, take a look and spray.  They'll ask you if things are not placed on the wall before they come.  They are very thorough.  They clean up after themselves.  They had to drill some holes on the wall of the garage to spray down.  They also sprayed outside.  We chose them because of whereabouts that they did good service.
