Everything was fine. The staff was nice enough. The service was on time. You should go there coz they sell Hondas and Hondas are awesome cars.

I have been taking my Honda cars to Dix for 22 years. They always provide excellent and thorough maintenance and repairs as needed. The service reps are very good at explaining the work that was done and alerting one to work that may need to be done in the future. I have nothing but the highest praise for their service department. One reason I continue to buy Honda vehicles is the quality of the service they provide.

Dix Honda was AMAZING! I will absolutely be a returning customer! They were so friendly and professional. The quote they gave me was about $100 less than other quotes I received from different places and it ended up being even less than they quotes me for! They got back t me right away and were always in contact with me. They were honest and provided quality service. They even had a shuttle come pick me up at my house, so I didn't need to find a ride when it was time to pick up my car

Dix has been servicing our Hondas for years. They offered advice by
phone when a warning light came on; they explain all service items. They
offer a ride home, or provide coffee/wifi for waiting in a very pleasant
environment. AND, an added bonus....they contribute generously to local non-profit causes. This does make a difference.

Dix Honda were one of the closest Honda dealers. I don't think they did too many services for us. We tend to go to smaller companies for services. The dealers seem to be higher priced. They were not bad in any way, but I am sure there might be some that might be a little bit better.
