I first hired Parks Contracting to rewire an apartment unit, that I was in the process of having remodeled.  The price was about what I expected for a complete rewiring, with all new wires, outlets and circuit breaker.  What stood out to me was how quickly they were able to go from the quote, to having the project completed.  They gave me a quote, got me scheduled to start the project and had the whole project completed within about a week.  And I thought, I would be lucky to have everything done within a month!  I was highly impressed with the speed, professionalism and quality of workmanship!  So impressed in fact, that I asked them to give me a quote to finish the rest of the remodel, that I had already hired somebody else for.  I had previously hired a different contractor to do a complete remodel of the kitchen and bathroom, along with replacing all the windows and exterior doors.  They told me it would take about a month, but the price was relatively low, so I agreed.  Two months later, they had barely gotten half the work done.  After dealing with all that, I was very surprised when Parks told me that they could finish the remodel in about 8 days for a reasonable price.  I was eager to get the project finished, so I fired the previous contractor and hired Parks.  They managed to complete the remainder of the remodel in 9 days and only about $350 over quote. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Praks Contracting!  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical or general contracting work.  They will definitely be at the top of my list for any future projects that I'll have!

Stephen installed a manual transfer switch on our electrical panel so that it will be safer to run our generator when we lose power. Stephen was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and I plan on hiring him when our deck is completed so that he can install some outlets on the deck.
