Kugler's Plumbing & Heating

Our plumber was on vacation, and we needed another plumber. He jacked the price up just to change a switch. They came right away, within an hour. The price was high, even though I know that it was a weekend, and they came right away, and I know they charge extra. He wasn't here more than 45 minutes, and he had the problem fixed. They were professional.The only problem was that I paid a lot more than I expected to. I think they are good, but I didn't like that they gauged me on the price, and so I would probably not use them again.

It was a father-son business. The father retired and the son took over now. I will give him the highest rating. He is efficient and honest. He has fair pricing. If I have any plumbing problem, he is normally the first person I would call. He does a quality work. I guess he has hired one of his cousins to help him. They are friendly people to talk to and they know what they are doing. They cleanup after themselves.

Repair went very well. He initially did something to stop the leak (on a weekend), then completed the repair on Monday when he was able to get all replacement parts needed. The repair was done quickly and saved me from spending a lot more money for a new furnace. He and his apprentice are always courteous, clean up well, and explain the repair in detail I can understand. I have been dealing with Alan since I moved here seven years ago and rely on him for good service. My family uses him, too.
