With 18 windows to replace Tim and his team arrived on time and completed the work in a single day. My wife was especially pleased with how clean and neat his team was as they worked around the house. While they worked quickly there is no question that the quality is terrific. We will be working with Tim Moore Builders on future projects.

As stated earlier, TMoore Builders worked with us to establish a design for our converted space and the replacement garage. Once that had been settled and a workable budget set in place, Tim organized his crews and put our plan into action allowing me to move my office home on schedule and to keep exactly within the price we had agreed upon.

Tim and his team completely removed a load bearing wall and I could not have had a better experience.  His prices were THE BEST and his work was perfect.

I've used them before. Tim brought his stucco guy out to give me a quote. I spoke with a couple of other folks in my neighborhood that had stuccowork done and they said it was very reasonable. The stucco job they did looked better than anyone else on the street. It was very consistent and very even. It was an awesome job all around and we were very happy. He always come in at the quoted price and never over. It is always high quality work. I would absolutely use him again for stucco work.

Tim quoted us in the fall of 2009. The price for our addition seemed high, until we started getting other quotes. Tim fell in at $51k and the rest were from $46k to $92k (we had maybe 5 total quotes). Tim appeared as very professional from the beginning; he took his time explaining options, was very patient with my wife and I when we had questions, and really tried to see things from our perspective and point of view. In the summer of 2010 we had finally gotten together financing (we had to piecemeal it with some bank loans, credit cards and etc - all to which Tim was very flexible with) and we decided to choose T. Moore Builders for our project. Tim worked closely with our architect to make sure the permitting was done quickly and easily. Once the permitting was completed, it was time to get to work. The lumber company came the next weekend and dropped off a large load of lumber in the driveway. They were careful about our little tree, which was nice. Dan, from Tim's team was there to oversee the dropoff. The next day, Monday, the framers arrived at 7:30 to assess the project. They were up on the roof shucking off the old, flat roof by 8:00 am. By the end of the first day the old roof was gone and a foundation of strong beams had been laid. Day 2 a substructure pitched up to the sky. By the third day the walls were in place and subfloor was down along with plywood over the ceiling. I climbed up the ladder on Thursday and walked around a hollow new room sitting on our old roof - amazing! The framers were excellent - very quality oriented as well. Ken led this team and was very friendly and listened closely when we had questions or suggestions. His team was great. At this point in the project I realized that I had neglected to negotiate a smaller roof that I needed into our original contract. Not to worry - within less than a week Tim had talked to the architect, the township and had a quote for me that was very reasonable on this additional, but related project. Within 2 weeks the roof was completed and the shingles were on. The third week was spent putting in the stairwell, studding the frame for the future walls, and cleaning up some odds and ends. The fourth week was pretty quiet, with the plumber moving the stack and HVAC guy putting on a powered vent for our boiler downstairs (saved floor space in the addition by allowing us to avoid a chimney - Tim thought this up). Four weeks from beginning to end. Overall we could not be happier. The new addition looks really great. The quality is excellent and all through the project you could tell corners were NOT being cut. Things were done right. We live across the street from a builder and a roofer and they both stopped by to say they'd been watching the project and were really very impressed with how well the job was being done and how fast the guys were. That's saying something. Tim was conscientious of our time, our living environment (tried to keep things clean as the project went along), was patient with our requests and questions, and provided a really awesome third floor addition at a fair price. Tim really seems to take a lot of pride and satisfaction in happy customers - this is the type of guy you want doing your project. I can't say enough for him and his team, I really can't. Tim's Team: The workmanship from these guys was truly excellent! The framers were very skilled and experienced. The roofers were good as well. And Tim's managers Dan, Dan and Brian were all very friendly and respectful - always looking out for our interests and watching to keep things clean in and around the house. We interviewed a lot of contractors for this job, and I've heard a lot of horror stories from others. I'm happy to say that our project went fabulously. Before picking Tim I called 5 of his references and they all said such good things that it almost made me nervous - but now I know why they were so happy to say good things about his work.
