THE OWNER DID NOT PROMPTLY RETURN MY CALLS. I PAID IN FULL AND TO DATE, HE HAS NOT FINISHED THE JOB. I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR HIM, BUT HE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. HE PICKED UP WORK FROM THREE OF MY NEIGHBORS AND THEY RECEIVED THE SAME TREATMENT.
