Matt Emmanuel was very helpful in answering our questions on functionality and aesthetics. There were a few unexpected bumps but Matt and his sub-contractors were all professional and flexible. This is a very small room and difficult to fit two workment in at the same time. In fact, the tile man made an excellent recommendation in the type of tile we chose to enhance non-slip surface. The price of the mosaic stone was a bit higher than we had originally planned but well worth the expense. Plumbing needed to be moved as the sink was relocated to where the linen closet had been. A tiled walk-in shower with built-in bench and grab bar was built to fit the space available. There are several additional grab bars in the bathroom as well. The end product is a lovely, functional bathroom with enough room to use a walker if necessary. We are very pleased with the results.
