Mattress Factory - Springfield

Thanks to Len, My boyfriend and I had a great experience today! We didn’t feel rushed or pushed to grab a mattress at all but after 15 minutes, I was sold! Laid on a few mattresses to see what I like and grabbed what was within my budget, definitely will be back! Thanks Len! Very helpful, very patient, informative, honest, and sociable!

Been shopping for this bed for months to find a deal. Went to Mattress Man here in Asheville and was totally screwed by the store franchise management. 
But these guys took my order and delivered on time with the correct merchandise. 
 They delivered right from the factory with professional setup and removal of old bed.
The delivery drivers even waited 30 minutes until I got home!
No muss, no fuss.....
No sleeping like a baby in our new king size bed.

Jerry showed up on time, he could see that we were very busy getting the house prepared for the movers. I briefly walked him through the property showed him the locks that needed to be serviced and explained what we would like to have done. Jerry got right to work. he was courteous, professional and did an excellent job. I will be keeping his information for any future needs.

Overall, the experience was excellent from initial sale to installation to follow-up. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, just good, solid information and help with our choice and decision. The delivery date slipped by about a week because of a minor inventory problem, but we were advised of the new date and were given a complenmentary mattress cover in consideration of this minor inconvenience. The installation was flawless. The installers were very professional, gave good advice as to how to use the bedframes optimally and they removed all excess packing materials, etc. when they were done. They also did a great job of getting into and out of our narrow little lane to make the delivery; this is always a challenge for large deliveries to our address and they handled it perfectly. In summary, we were highly pleased and would certainly buy from Mattress Factory again, especially since their price for the same product was better than that of the local Dept. store.

I used a Groupon and give them all A's. I will use them again in the future.

We went to Mattress Factory located on Baltimore Pike in Springfield, Pennsylvania and was greeted by Andres Ramos. He is a warm, friendly, outgoing person who explained everything about the mattress and splits. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. Since we were not sure if a regular box spring would go up the stairs at the apartment building, he suggested he would send both, thus saving on delivery charge if the regular box spring would not fix. The delivery was scheduled for Monday, due to a very little mix up delivery had to be postponed to Wednesday. Mr. Ramos was very apologetic and went above and beyond to compensate for the minor error. The delivery men called just before they came and I did not have to wait all day for a delivery, they arrived before 10 am. Both men were very professional. I commend Mattress Factory in Springfield, Pa for doing a great time from the salesperson to the delivery men, I would certainly recommend this company to all my family and friends. If you need bedding be sure you go there. Great Job!!!! This was the third mattress company we had visited and Mr. Ramos at Mattress Factory tops them all!

I shopped all the stores and The Mattress Factory had the best pricing by a mile. They were friendly and not pushy like some of the others. I highly recommend! Great company.

I was very pleased and intend to shop there again!
