Scott Crockarell arrived when he said he would and installed the new tankless water heater.  They also removed the old traditional water heater.  We have been very pleased with the quality of the work and with the water heater installed. 

Also, we had to call Scott this week for a repair to the water heater-- a power surge caused many problems in the area last Sunday, including causing the power unit and circuit board in our water heater to fail.  Scott was very responsive, returning our call that same Sunday evening, getting the needed parts express shipped and completing the repair quickly once he had the parts.  Even when there were some delays having to do with the company shipping the parts, Scott kept us fully informed and went out of his way to minimize and mitigate the delays.  He was very flexible with us in accommodating our work schedules when scheduling the repairs.
