CPL Property and Tree

The entire job was a nightmare. It has been over a year since I contracted him and the lawn is still horrible. Clayey soil was added to the bottom of the yard; hardly any seed grew and in the rain it becomes a mud pit. It rook him so long to respond to my text messages or emails. He promised he would come on a certain day then didn't show up or contact me. This happened numerous times. The yard still looks horrible with big patches of bare earth. This was after he returned to "fix" the problem. It is impossible to get him to rectify this problem. I will never ever use his services again. The pictures I have attached were taken today; this is the "finished product"....

Chad is a nice guy who was very easy to deal with. He came out without me home and gave me an estimate and suggestions on how to deal with the issues above. We had a delay in setting up appointment due to his chipper breaking, but he kept me updated on how that repair was going and when I could expect him. The final product was great!!! The two trees were cut back away from the driveway and away from the house. He raised the canopy so that we could walk on sidewalk underneath and pull into driveway without hitting the tree. He kept a nice shape to the trees in what was a difficult area with difficult requests by us. Most importantly, all the bushes and flowers underneath were not harmed. The freshly laid mulch still looked fresh. The bird nest was left unharmed. And they cleaned up everything almost to the point that you couldn't tell work was done in the area. We are very pleased with the result of the work we had done and will definitely call Chad again if we need work done. The price was reasonable for the work done too.

After an initial miss on the estimate appointment, everything went really well. Chad knows his trees and was willing to discuss options with me. He fit me into his schedule almost immediately, too -- not something I was expecting at the height of spring! He did the work and left my yard all cleaned up, and checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied. I am, and I'd hire him again.

Chad just did tree work at our house last week. Big tree COVERED in vines. We wanted to remove vines to elongate the tree's life while also removing large overhanging branches which we feared could some day damage our neighbors property. His team was intent on very carefully removing the vines without taking the bark with it which would have greatly compromised the health of the tree. They worked meticulously - it looks awesome.  I hope to have them come back to do a few more things 

I'm a big supporter of local businesses. This family owned and operated business was exemplary. Chad's estimate was right on the money. They showed up exactly when they said.  Chad and his crew were done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous to my families needs and asked for feedback when they were finished.

I will use them again if the need arises and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for tree and lawn service.

I think I gave lots of details above. HOW did it go: Respectful, workers did their for for a very decent price . They left no ruined plants where they worked. Chad had pride in his work and it shows.

I plan on having Chad return to do some more yard work and hard scaping as soon as the snow disappears.

We also have him ready to do work in our daughter's future home once settlement occurs.
