The checkup was fine, and they are quick. I bought my car at a different Toyota Dealership. I go to this dealership because it is closer to my house. I have not had any issues going here yet.

Service provided was excellent. Slightly more expensive than what my local mechanic wanted to charge (about $40). However, I was willing to pay a little more to have genuine Toyota parts. I will be returning.

I am satisfied with the work. I may pay a little more because they are a dealer. They have been fair with me. The mechanics know what they are doing because they get the training when the new models come out so they are not going to stick the wrong part on or not do it correctly. I don't know if someone else would have been able to do the correction properly. Their prices have been fair. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait long.

My SUV was due for an oil change and since it had almost 50,000 miles , I requested that they also check my brakes since they were still the original brakes. They told me that my front brake pads were 2/32 inch (color code red on their inspection chart) and should be replaced. Since I had already waited a little more than an hour and it would take another hour for the brake job, I decided to hold off and have the brakes done at another time. I called around to get estimates from some other service centers and ended up taking it to another repair shop. When they looked at my brakes, they said my front brakes were fine (5/32 and 6/32 on front pads) so they didn't need to be replaced. Needless to say, Conicelli has lost me as a customer as a result of this experience.

I really like them. They're really good to deal with. They were really good about the appointments and everything. They will call you and explain to you exactly what was going on. They get the car in and out quick. It's actually further than another Toyota provider in Glen Mills that I don't like. I had a bad experience with them so I said, "Let's go out of the area." We had purchased two vehicles from Conicelli Honda, one in 2009. We've had good luck with Conicelli Toyota in Springfield. They were very polite. They always answer the phone, which I like because a lot of businesses don't. There was someone there to tell you where to go to park your car. They were friendly. They'll tell you to go in the waiting room and they'll be right with you. They didn't treat me like I was an idiot. They explained to me why they have to do things, why they have to go to the master key and things like that. If you have to leave a message, they'll call you right back. I thought it was exceptional. I like Conicelli anything because they're usually pretty good with buying cars or anything. This was different because we have a Toyota and a Honda. I would go back there, too. I like the service they've got.
When I purchased my car in 2009 from Conicelli Honda, they were very polite and willing to negotiate price, which I liked about them. They take you out for a demo ride. The salesperson was very informative. They're set up the way the dealership was. As a matter of fact, I think the guy that we purchased the car eventually got promoted to management. He was very good. That was the second vehicle we had purchased from them. We purchased previously in 2006 and then went back. I just liked the way they ran the dealership. Some dealerships ignore you but they're not like that. I will probably go back again because we're going to be purchasing another vehicle.

They will call you and explain to you exactly what was going on and you can get your car in and out quick. It is actually further than the other Toyota provider which I believe is in Glen Knoll and I don't like them. I had a bad experience with them so I said let's go a little bit out of the area and that one was actually further away from us. We purchased 2 vehicles from Conicelli Honda but that was down in Conshohocken. I said let's try the Toyota dealer here and we had good luck with them. What happened was the key were down and then the other actually go to the master key for the car, I don't know what happened and it wasn't working properly so they had to actually go I guess to the master key for that particular vehicle. They were very polite and always answer the phone which I like because a lot of businesses don't. As a female, it's hard to get pushed through the process like park your car, there were somebody there to tell you where to go and they were friendly, they're like, 'You go over here, go on the waiting room, we'll be right with you.' They didn't treat me like I was an idiot, a lot of places do that. He explains things to me like why they have to do this and they're going to go to the master key and things like that and why it costs so much. I don't know why it costs so much but they do for the car keys. They were just polite to me and they would call or answer the phone and if they couldn't, if you left messages they will call you right back and I thought it was exceptional. I like Conicelli because they are usually pretty good. We have a Toyota and a Honda, and I would go back there again.

For bodywork I use my dealer, Conicelli Toyota. They have been great. They are always very helpful and they are very convenient because they have a shuttle that if you have to drop off your car the shuttle can take you to work. They really are a nice place to do business. The people are very nice and helpful.

We serviced our 2004 Prius exclusively with Conicelli for the 5 years that we were in the area. They were competent and courteous. Our only complaint was that they sometimes talked us into more work than we need done at the time, but they were courteous when we said no. Friends said we could get the same work done for less money elsewhere, but we found Conicelli convenient both as to location and their prompt availability. And they stood behind their work.
The Prius is odd enough that we felt more comfortable with the dealer undertaking our maintenance work. But that was then. Now that we have moved to Milwaukee, we may seek a less expensive mechanic, especially since our house is considerably more distant from any of the dealers.

I had received an appointment from Margaret Shepard through Conicelli's Internet department. A salesman named, Joe Bisch came to help me immediately. The receptionist hadn't even had time to fully sign me in. Joe started out by asking if he could earn my business, so we began to discuss the vehicle I wanted and pricing for it and a couple of options I hadn't fully decided on. It really did not take long for us to agree on a price and a trade-in discount. What's more, one of the options I was considering was pretty expensive, and Joe pointed out that if I wanted to wait, they could install it later, and it would still be covered by the Toyota warranty. They met the base price I had in mind, and went from there. They made the whole process so easy it wasn't worth my spending any more time running around.
The dealership is convenient to where I work and shop, so it will be easy to get the free services from them for the next two years. The only thing I'll have to pay for is the PA emissions test, and then only if I drive more than 5,000 miles. They actually had the exact model and color I wanted, so it was an easy deal to make.
Joe Bisch and a gentleman name Steve made sure that my old car and the new one were parked near each other to facilitate my transferring my belongings from one to the other. I was introduced to a senior salesperson as well as to the General Manager of the dealership. I couldn't have felt more welcome.
My entire experience, from start to finish, was top-notch. I would highly recommend this dealership and Joe Bisch to anyone looking for a Toyota or a Nissan (they sell both).

Found a used vehicle I really fell in love with but unfortunately could not afford. The Salesman Steve Messina came to the rescue with a comparable vehicle and I left. After having the car for a day, decided I would try and work out the financials and hopefully bring the vehicle back and get the one I really wanted. Steve worked with me and went out of his way to "make it work" and now I'm happy driving my vehicle. Thank you Steve and all the persons involved at Conicelli who made it possible.

I purchased my car from them in 2004 and I've only brought it into their shop for regular routine maintenance. I have nothing to compare their prices to. Everything is fine with their services. I haven't really had any major work done. Their punctuality is fine. I go in and someone comes out to give me a number so I can go inside and sign in.

This was a good experience, but it lasted too long. I was here all day. I was trading in a Prius that had computer problems I was unable to rectify. I was satisfied with what they allowed me for the trade in. I was impressed by how well organized they were. Their pricing is competitive. I would buy from them again.
