Bobs Discount Furniture Springfield PA

This was the worse delivery experience ever. They delivered a broken wardrobe and left without the walkthrough to ensure I was ok with the furniture. They also damaged a new wall and step hand rail in my house. I thought the 3 guys were coming back after the put the boxes left outside in the truck but they kept going. I immediately called customer service and demanded they pick up the broken wardrobe. Six hours later the delivery guys came and tore up my walls and handrail dragging the wardrobe top piece out the house. Upon redelivery 4 days later to exchange the bottom piece they left in error, and to bring the new top piece, they had 2 top pieces on the truck. I told them to take that bottom base of the wardrobe and leave with their broken up cheap furniture. This is ridiculous!
