Fast forward almost a year, when selling the house the buyers inspector pointed out that the "roof needs a coating and looks as if it was last maintained several years ago." I contacted AMDG with this information. They promptly came out and looked for themselves and told me that it appeared the coating that the installed nearly a year ago was not performing well. In a few days workers were sent to re-coat at no charge!
I like a company that stand behind their work.
The only performance comment I have is that I hadn't been given a confirmation that they would be servicing me that day. A minor complaint, given how many calls these folks were juggling that week.
Theresa who always answered the phone was super nice and was the primary contact that setup my estimate appointment as well as the job once i gave the OK...the guys did a great job(in the rain no less) i came home and everything was done and as stated on the proposal i would absolutely use them again...for all my exterior work. they are quick, easy to work with and the prices are very reasonable. its been about a month and it has rained a few times as well as a few snow storms and i've had no problems with rain or snow since the new gutter was installed. really happy with the service.
