CARPET HAD A PATTERN AND WHEN INITIALLY INSTALLED, IT WAS NOT ALIGNED CORRECTLY WITH WALL. THIS WAS EASILY RECOGNIZABLE AND REFLECTED POOR WORK QUALITY. HOWEVER, COMPANY OWNER(S) WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO EVALUATING AND ARRANGING FOR REPLACEMENT.
