They diagnosed large tumor mass on my Pugs back! They gave me options trying medication for infection and also a plan for surgical removal. The surgical plan was clear and had no hidden costs. We had the surgery due to the cost being less than half the cost another local vet hospital gave us rough estimate on! My pug survived the surgery and recovered well and surgical costs came in a little lower than the estimate they proposed! My Pug has cancer and he s not gonna live forever but he s doing real good and has had a couple good months. I love everybody at the River Valley Vets. The Techs are all so friendly and you can feel the love they have for animals. Our Vet , Dr Fitzgerald, is wonderful. The surgeon ,Dr Honse , did fantastic. We had friends who recommended her.

Everyone is nice, they can get you in pretty quick, and are pretty good about resolving your problems.

Dr. Richard Linkenheimer was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took Diva in right away even though we had never been to his office before and we were from out of town. He explained everything he was going to do before hand. Then he explained the results in great detail after the tests were completed. He also requested us to call and let him Diva was doing a couple of days later. Staff was wonderful as well.

Dr. Linkenheimer and his staff are all friendly and helpful. They are usually pretty punctual, barring an emergency. They are never afraid of my pets (I also have German Shepherd dogs) and give them treats and talk to them to calm them down. Vet care is expensive but I feel they have reasonable prices and offer reasonable care options.

I've been to this vet many times over the last 8 years with my dogs. I'm always so pleased with the way the vet techs and the vet handles my pets and the same-level way they speak to me. It's always a wonderful experience!

I think that they are great. They have a great follow up service, so that makes me like them very much. I think that their prices are very fair and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
