This was a job that spanned several weeks, since there were a lot of parts, and he has other customers. However, he did very good, neat work, cleaned up after himself, and there were no problems. In addition, as identified above, when he rewired the connection to our hot tub he was able to diagnose what the problem was, even after other service providers had been unable to.
He mostly showed up when he said he would, worked a couple of long days, and did an excellent quality job. We'd definitely use him again!
