I recently got a new laptop from my employer. I wanted to use this laptop from home so that I had more flexibility in my work schedule. I first went through my company's help desk and the process was very complicated. I was not able to connect my laptop to my home's wireless network. I decided to hire TLC to work with my employer's help desk, so that I had experts on both ends. TLC arrived and within 15 minutes had my laptop successfully connected to my home's wireless network and my employer's data network.

OUR 3 PCS HAD BECOME DAMAGED WITH VIRUSES & CLUTTERED WITH UNWANTED PROGRAMS. TLC FIXED EVERYTHING VERY QUICKLY. THEY ARE COMPETENT & HAVE ALL THE TOOLS TO FIX PC PROBLEMS.
