They are very professional and very good. Their scheduling is pretty good. Every time you call them, there is a different guy that comes out so sometimes the information does not flow through as efficiently as it can but the guys that come out are top quality, they know their stuff and are very professional.

They are very professional, they are very good. Their scheduling is pretty good, when they came out for annual maintenance, they found a number of things. The tricky part is that we have a home warranty, so its always tricky to get the home warranty in the middle of  the contract in terms of getting work authorized. None of the other vendors wanted to do it, Henderson gave it shot. The issue was more with our home warranty company than Henderson. They came out to identify a number of safety issues, every time you call there is a different guy that comes out so sometimes the information does not flow through as efficiently as it can. But the guys that come out are top quality, they know there stuff and are very professional.
