They put the primer on and they said that they could start the lawn mower. When I got it home, it would not start. My lawn mower is an electric start, and they told me that I had to use the pull start. I told him I can not use the pull start and that is why I got an electric mower. He told me that he never bothers with the electric start. He said that you brought it down here for the primer and that is what I did. He never offered to fix it or help me out in an arrogant tone of voice.
