Seemed to start providing the agreed services well, but did not follow requests/directions well and cut some corners, even a few in direct disregard to instructions/requests. Needed to call him back which, to his credit, he returned to undo/redo some tasks that were not done up to agreed standards and/or to fulfill requested and agreed-upon tasks. Steve suggested that I not rehire him. Quite disappointed, overall.

Awful. Hired because he seemed honest and reasonable. Very difficult to schedule but did eventually come out for what I thought would be at least a day of yard clean up in preparation for mowing. Only spent two hours but assured me he could mow and weed wack around what remained. Still remained hard to schedule because he preferred the grass "high and dry." Well, the grass is high and dry and today he tells me he is not licensed to work in Maryland!

Unreliable. Took him 3 weeks to show up and half a day to complete 1/3 of what was agreed to. He butchered our hedges, left leaves and sticks everywhere, never cleaned the flower beds, and didn't remove the piles of garden refuse left from my own previous attempts to clean up the yard. He didn't mow the lawn or remove the weeds or trim any edges. All of these items were agreed to when he did the estimate. Total disappointment - don't waste your money. He had the nerve to ask my husband not to give him a bad review. My husband agreed but I didn't so this is my review of this vendor.

Very good communication, was able to schedule work quickly. Work was done well. Gutters completely clear and working correctly now.

It's taken a bit longer then he thought, some due to rain and some due to how much there was to be done.

I had a very large job and Steven did a great job. He trimmed back numerous overgrown shrubs; weeded, edged and mulched 8 flower beds and around my deck; hauled everything away. He did such a good job on my yard that my neighbors hired him. I will definitely use him again.

A very nice guy to communicate with. Although I have not seen his work, my house is a rental in another state, my neighbors have given him 5 stars for doing such a great job on my yard. I can rest knowing that now my yard will be taken care of. Thank you Steve!

Absolutely solid and professional. Talked out everything that was going to happen, and completed the job in under an hour. Reaching out for the same work is going to be an annual occurrence for me now, 5 stars.

He was polite, he was quick, and I have to trust that he cleaned the gutters since I cannot inspect them.

His exact words to me was He could do the yard clean up for $75.00 or he could clean the gutters for the whole thing for $100.00 Ask my husband he said do it all. When the work was completed he charged $175.00 My husband was here and paid him however he had talked to me. and I thought the price was $100.00 I was not happy! ]'Next time I will definitely have a written contract!

Steve cleaned my gutters out and did a fantastic job, I look forward in having him return annually to do this job.

Showed up when they said they would, performed the work in a good amount of time, completed the job to my satisfaction. Couldn't ask for much more. Afterward, I had a new usable outdoor space!

I hire Steve to do my spring cleanup and mulching and had him return all summer to mow my lawn and keep the yard cleaned up. I look forward to having him back to do my fall leaf cleanup.
