Mike was fantastic on how about he did his work. He explained each thing he would do in advance.

Sprayed for mosquitoes, spiders, ants, centipedes. Professional and pleasant. Getting quarterly service.

The reason the service was initially requested turned out not to be an issue and inspector was not going to charge for the service call. At my request, he did an inspection for termites and some were found at one end of the house. I agreed to have the entire perimeter treated so there would be a warranty. An alternative for spot treatment had also been offered. The service was prompt and efficient. I found the owner and the service tech to be very knowledgeable and honest.

They did a great job. It was hard to find someone that could fill out the necessary documentation, but they had no problem doing it.

If you're looking for an exterminator who is responsive, look no further.  I discovered late one evening that bees had infiltrated a bedroom living space.   I thought I could deal with them on my own but that simply wasn't possible.  I called a few recommended exterminators early the following morning and I must say that HT Treadway was the most responsive to my call for help.  Heather was genuinely concerned about my dilemma and so helpful!  Not only did she schedule an appointment for her team to come to my home, she was able to have them come to my home on the same day!   
The exterminators, Tim and Tyler, were friendly and professional!   They dealt with the bees and removed several layers of the entire hive and removed the dead bees and their larvae.   They checked the rest of the attic area and sprayed another area outside where I was also encountering troublesome yellow jackets.  The work they performed is guaranteed and I feel the price was fair and reasonable. 
What impressed me in addition to what I mentioned above, HT Treadway is a family owned and operated business.  The truly care about the customer and they demonstrated that to me with their responsiveness and overall quality of service.  I will definitely use them again for routine insert spraying maintenance so that I do not have another bee problem in the future.

They came to give an estimate on removal of yellow jacket nest in the ground close to the house. We had been stung a few times and knew we couldn't do this ourselves. I made the appt. through Heather, and she was very nice on the phone. The guy who came out checked out the situation, and gave us the estimate. We gave our ok and he did the job right then...when he was done he showed us the volleyball/basketball size nest he got out of the ground. It was amazing with 4 levels to it. No more signs of the bees.....thank goodness. Thanks for your prompt service!

Very nice all around, from the man who did the original inspection, to the 3 men who did the spraying. I was nervous about the spray with dogs and kids around, so they took extra care to spray, both inside and out. Very friendly and professional.

This company exemplified professionalism and dedication to get the job done right. They told me their work is guaranteed and they certainly lived up to that. They said because of the life cycle of fleas it was likely they would need to return about two weeks after their first visit, which is what they did. However, about 10 days later we had a couple of more fleas and they said they would come again a third time, no charge, and quot;in the interest of good business.and quot; We were very impressed.

The people were very professional to deal with. My experience was satisfactory in all areas except one. The person that did my estimate did not completely communicate the areas that were to be treated. Nothing was supposed to be done to my front porch. All work was to be done in the ground around my concrete front porch. The workman was over halfway across drilling my porch when I realized what he was doing. I allowed him to complete what he started. I really don't like the looks of my porch. Otherwise, a very good joband I would recommend them to others.

They were wonderful. We got bid from people all around here and they were little more expensive however they did the whole house which is what we needed. The other people weren't going to do the whole house and were quite sensible. We came home from holiday with bedbugs. The person whom we talked to knew what we were talking about and they said what we have to do. They were really good. They were worth every penny. They found them and the other people didn't find them. We had three bids and they really were good. We thought that they were fabulous. They were head and shoulders above the others just in terms of knowledge. The people came here and the people whom we talked to were good. We are in our sixties and we couldn't move furniture and they did it. They were good.

They're just tops. They call you back and keep in touch. They tell you if they're going to be late or can't make an appointment because of rain. They're just very accommodating people who will do more than you expect. They're cheaper than their competitors. Their quality was outstanding as well.

There is a 30 day guarantee, and they will come back and spray, free of charge, if you see any of the kinds of pests they sprayed for. The price and quality of work are good. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.

They are wonderful. I will continue to use them.
