The owner was specific in giving estimates of work and the cost of adding additional solid pipe if needed. The technicians arrived on time and blew out the long dryer duct with special equipment. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up after completing the job. The cost was exactly as estimated. I wold use Ductz again.

Dale, owner of Ductz, made every effort despite a booked schedule, to get us in as fast as possible.  She called to confirm, the service people she sent were all pleasant and professional.  They did the work in roughly the estimated time and cleaned up pretty well after their work.  I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again in the future.  Good job!

Arrived on time.  Three employees worked for about 4 1/2 hours cleaning out ducts and dryer hose.  They did a good job making sure hoses and cords didn't damage the walls.  Glad we had it done.

They advised that they could neutralize and remove the mold and clean the vents but would have cost more than replacing and the problem would have returned.  They suggested having the supply lines replaced with metal to avoid the problem returning.  Their honesty and help will insure that they will be used for the cleaning when the supply lines are replaced.

The job went very well, The team was on time and ready to go as soon as they got to my house. They talked and perform their job in a professional manner. They did not hesitate to stop and answer any questions I had. I never saw a mote of dust while they were working.
