Dan's Reliant LLC

Dan did a great job in selecting the correctly sized unit and modifying the existing furnace to accept the new installation. His work is very professional. He cleans up and removes all debris. He is an honest person with good work ethics.

WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH DAN AND APRIL FOR A WHILE NOW. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS RESPOND TO OUR REQUESTS FOR HELP TIMELY. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AS WELL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD HVAC. DAN WAS ABLE TO RESOLOVE ISSUES THAT WE WERE HAVING WHEN TWO OTHER HVAC GUYS COULD NOT. HE CORRECTED THEIR WORK AND GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE ISSUE AND FIXED IT. HE DEFINITELY KNOWS WHAT HES DOING.

The workmanship, professionalism, and timely work, was great.

• The entire process took about 6 weeks from initial contact to completion of installation. Porcess could have been completed in about 1 month, but we delayed installation about 2 weeks for our convienience. We will be adding the rest of the AC to the system in the spring of 2012.
• Workmen and equipment showed up on time and were very polite.
• Work was completed in 1 day as promised.
• Work area was left clean and neat with all debris removed.
• Instruction was provide on new furnace operation before workmen departed.

The best thing overall is we nowhave heat upstairs where we always had to use electric heaters. Previously, we had oil heat. The home was built in 1957 and the blowers just did not work upstairs. The house was always cold. Ours is a Cape Cod as is most of the neighbors. Everyone here was used to the fact the heat wasn't as we would like it to be.

Now with the furnace Dan had recommended, we are warm and toasty. We actually have to keep it down a notch. When we had oil heat, we had the thermostat set at 70 degrees and we were still cold. Now, we have it at 68 degrees and everyone is comfortable.
