Had to call a few times to get them out there but I felt they were honest about the damage to my roof and did not charge me or try to sell me anything I didn't need.

I would HIGHLY recommend Cool Water Roofing for your roofing project! I placed a call requesting an estimate. Within a few days Derrick, the owner, was at my door asking what I needed done. Within minutes he was up on my roof examining it thoroughly. After inspecting my roof he sat down and went over all of my options and explained in detail exactly what would take place if I decided to replace the roof. He answered all of my questions in depth! I decided to have the work done and he wrote up the proposal with everything we had discussed. He put me of his schedule. A couple weeks later a crew was at my house and worked all day and by afternoon my beautiful new roof was done and my yard was immaculately clean! Everyone on the job was polite, courteous, and very professional! Cool Water Roofing exceeded my expectations! To top it off a Lifetime Labor Warranty is included with the job!

Quick and efficient

We found 3ft of snow in the attic the day after the blizzard of 2016. They promptly responded and inspected the roof. I had options for just a repair or total replacement. It made sense to replace as roof was in rough shape and over 22 years old. Prompt, fast and surprisingly quiet service about 8 guys in all working at once. They cleaned up well even though it was a bit windy and finished in a day. They get the best raining in all categories because it is well deserved and their timing was great even though we had 30 degree breezy day and 2 straight weeks of snow and rain they came at first dry day.

It went quite well.  We enjoyed speaking with the estimator.  He was knowledgeable and helpful. The folks who put the roof on were on time, polite, quick, and did a good joy, though not great, cleaning up after themselves.

We ended up going with another roofer due to timing issues. Cool Water were very prompt in responding back to us and had a full color brochure and estimate the same day I had called them. They were the only roofer that had done this in our search for someone to assist us. I'd recommend them to anyone and wish the timing had worked out better or we would have worked with them.

Out of 4 contractors that we got estimates from, they were the only one who actually went up on the roof to check things out before giving us the estimate. So we were fairly confident that there would be no additional costs for any problems that were and quot;foundand quot; after the work was started. Scheduling was prompt. The actual owner and a great, friendly crew of workers got started early and completed the roof in one day. Very thorough clean-up and the pricing was fair with a good warranty. We are very happy with our new high quality roof.

Very responsive and professional. A large crew converged on my house early one morning and the roof was replaced by that evening. This company was recommended by a friend who was very satisfied. He has recommended them before and his referrals were always happy with the results. I waited to review Cool Water Roofing until I had gone through a winter and a spring with no leaks.

This process was so easy from start to finish. We had a prior experience of an estimate that lasted 2 1/2 hours and was overly inflated so we were wary of another company.
Cool Water came to our house and we told them the quote had to take less than 30 minutes. They had no issue with that and said they don't do big sell jobs. They got on our roof to measure, told us what their products are and gave us a folder brochure. he quickly gave an estimate of $9022 with $1000 off for a spring special. This price was in line with what our neighbors have been paying. They promised to be done in 1 day. Their crew does not include day laborers..they are all long time employees of the company. We set a date. It did get pushed back one day due to rain. In the morning they delivered a dumpster for the old shingles. They came by 7:00 am and a crew got right to work. My husband watched as they worked and found them to be professional and they did the job well. They were finished by 1:30 PM. They cleaned up well and picked up the dumpster the next morning. I found them to be professional, polite and I would recommend them again.
