Weaver Air Conditioning & Heating

Not Good, it took me 9 calls to get it fixed. The owner was more concerned about his secretaries feelings than providing us with prompt , professional service.

We recently used Weaver Heating and Air Conditioning to replace our Carrier gas furnace and central air conditioner. From beginning to end we had a very positive experience. When we called them to inquire about getting a quote they were pleasant and responsive. We were interested in getting another Carrier unit and they were able to accommodate us since they install Carrier and a couple of other brands. Mike Weaver, the owner, came out to provide the initial assessment and quote. He came out promptly and appeared very knowledgeable and experienced. The next step was a written quote that they mailed us. The quote was detailed and came along with brochures and spec sheets for the various pieces of equipment they were recommending. The installation went quite smoothly; the crew of two arrived on-time and worked neatly. They were also very pleasant, polite and appeared to be quite knowledgeable. Overall, our experience with Weaver Heating and Air Conditioning was a very positive one. I can recommend them without reservation.

I telephoned Weaver's and got their answering service. I explained that my A/C unit had been running for 24 hours but that the thermostat was still registering over 90 degrees. She said I would get a call-back from the company. Within 20 minutes, I was talking with and quot;Daveand quot; who told me that for any emergency service call cost was $175.00 (not bad) and that he would be at my house within the 1/2 hour. My grandson and I waited outside for him and he promptly arrived within the 1/2 hour. He checked the A/C unit outside of my home and said that a gasket had burned out and that it was an easy fix. The entire service call took about 40 minutes. I promptly paid Dave and within 45 minutes my grandsons and I had to put on SWEATERS because it was so chilly in the house!

It was so refreshing to be treated with such professionalism. I was completely expecting to get a call-back in maybe an hour or 2 telling me that they were too busy and would have to schedule an appointment in about a week or so. I said this to and quot;Daveand quot; and he said, No...when the answering service called him and told him my house was registering over 90 degrees, he was concerned and couldn't have someone in a house that hot. Can you believe it! I couldn't.

I am going to contract with Weaver's for a service agreement and then I can relax and not worry about any of my heating and air conditioning ever again because I know it will be in good hands!
