During one of our recent snow storms, three very large trees fell. I checked Angie’s list and called Pupek Cutting Services. Jim Pupek answered the phone and I told him the problem. Jim scheduled an assessment date, came on site on that date, reviewed the job scope and requirements and provided a quote. Jim worked with our schedule and his team was able to come on site on the weekend at no additional charge. His friendly, courteous team worked fast and efficiently, cutting and stacking the wood where we requested.
I look for four things when shopping for service… quality work that the provider will stand behind, reliability in all aspects, good customer interaction, and a fair and itemized fee. Jim Pupek’s services meet my criteria. He clearly builds his business on a foundation of integrity and customer focused professionalism. I would not hesitate to have Pupek Cutting Services provide service again!!!!
