It took two weeks. He used something to protect the flooring and furniture. He did not screw up anything. He did that very well. He did a great job of cleaning up after himself every day.

Was flexible with homeowner's schedule for arrival time. Covered area and moved furniture. Explained and showed me problems and fixes as he went along. Finished and cleaned up in the time agreed upon. Ceilings look great! Will call again for other jobs in the future. Very professional and personable.

The estimated price is $15000 and I think it is pretty good. I like him very much. He lets us make decisions and gives us his opinions. He is very good. He is very punctual and always cleans up after he does everything. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN DISABLE SINCE '96 AND '98 RESPECTIVELY. WE HAD AN ATTIC FAN GO OUT IN MAY WHEN IT WAS QUITE HOT. HE CAME OVER RIGHT AWAY TO ESTIMATE THE JOB. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING QUICKLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. HE WAS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND DID NOT MIND ME ASKING QUESTIONS. HE MADE SURE TO TEST IT AND MADE ANY CORRECTIONS NEEDED BEFORE LEAVING.

HE WAS VERY GOOD. HE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. I DON'T USUALLY LIKE HAVING PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE, BUT I DIDN'T MIND HIM. PRICE INCLUDED 42 DOLLARS WORTH OF MATERIALS. I DEFINITELY PLAN TO HIRE HIM AGAIN.
