These guys were in and out in two days, and did an excellent job of waterproofing the basement in such a short time. In the mold remediation process, they tore out all of the interior walls, which was fine, and also ripped down the drop ceiling, which left lights, electric boxes and electrical cords dangling like spaghetti, as well as wrenching my internet cable free from the box. They overloaded and shorted out the leak sensor on my water heater while they were cleaning the floor, leaving my family without hot water on a Friday evening and through the weekend, since nobody felt it necessary to return my calls. When I finally got a call back from one of their co-owners, he told me that they must have "shorted out the pilot light on my water heater" (which is electric, ergo, no pilot light) and he'd call me when he found a guy to come over. No call. When I contacted him again hours later he had completely forgotten that we had talked. Nobody has contacted me in the three weeks since the job was complete, despite promises to the contrary. They also abandoned a piece of equipment here. I had an extensive home renovation in March 2019 in which there were guys in and out for weeks, and they never left the house in such a violently messy state. I am so sad that I hired this very unprofessional company.

Steve came out on time, diagnosed the problem, was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and process clearly and quickly. I had a couple of special requests that were agreed to and they were carried out exactly as I had hoped. The price was better than the competitions and the work was done very well. Its rained hard for 3 days now and the system is performing flawlessly. No more shop-vacing the basement carpet for this Guy! I wish I had done this years ago. No money up front, guaranteed for the life of my house.

Great service, these guys are the real pros when it comes to mold or water damage. They used very impressive technology to find and safely remove every inch of hidden mold in our basement and attic. They worked fast and neatly and our home smelled great and felt much healthier when they were done. My wife and I are sleeping much better now too.
