This company was completely unprofessional.  They apologized for the missed appointment and rescheduled.  They did not answer the phone or return phone calls when I called to inquire why the technician was more than a half hour late to second appointment.  The technician did not have the necessary items (like a sprayer) to perform the service he was there to perform.  When I called to cancel the service, they contacted technician and asked him to follow up with me.  Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company and I will not use them or recommend them to anyone!
