This provider gave an estimate, which we took to the bank and used in our mortgage loan. A couple months later, after we closed with the bank, they then stated the estimate they gave was too low and we would have to come up with the difference. Which was fine at the time. Construction began with our other contractors without complications. When it was time for Adam's Roofing, they were hard to get ahold of due to being on vacation which was fine because we got ahold of them just on time. We continued to trust them. The day before the first contractors were to dig for our foundation these guys called us and completely cancelled. This left us with days to find another contractor to pour the footers for our foundation. They completely backed out saying they were too busy and we threw the project on them when they knew about it for months. Not only were we out time and energy wasted on them but because they had low balled their original estimate it was impossible to find someone to do the job for the price already approved in our loan. We now had to pull more money together fast to get the job done.
