Precise Maintenance Services is dedicated to both residential and commercial clients. We service any and all interior and exterior repairs, landscaping and snow removal. Other services include residential and commercial cleaning as well as complete personal and estate clean out requests. All estimates are free. After Brian power washed our deck, he recommended using Flood's cedar stain, shich was extremely easy to apply, and looks extremely good. He will do any work you ask, though will try to save you money if you would like to do some of the work yourself. His prices are so fair, that it's very easy letting him do the work.

On a Sunday, Precise Maintenance Services returned my call promptly! After explaining my situation I was assured they would arrive shortly. I was instructed on how to shut my water supply off over the phone. When he came he repaired the pipe and used his shop vac to clean up all the water. He took the time to explain why it happened and the best way to proceed with all the repairs it caused. I am going to continue to have Precise Maintenance Services come to repair all the damaged, walls, tile and wood flooring. I would recommend this company again and again !!!
