I USED THIS COMPANY FOR 2 INSPECTIONS. BOTH WERE VERY THOROUGH, THE INSPECTORS TOOK ME AROUND WITH THEM AS THEY CHECKED TO POINT OUT EXACTLY WHAT WAS RIGHT OR WRONG WITH THE HOUSE. THE INSPECTORS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HONEST, TAKING THEIR TIME TO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. JOB COST PRICE IS FOR ONE INSPECTION; BOTH INSPECTIONS WERE SIMILAR IN PRICE.
