They lack in communication and they are not responsive. My tenants also have a hard time getting a hold of the company. They either don't get back to you or you have to call several times and the response is slow. It is very hard to get a hold of them. One of my rental properties paid late. It was due July 5th and  I did not know about it until the 10th The only reason I found out was I called them. It took me a day and a half for me to find out the tenant did not pay . I hired them so I did not have to get involved in the process.
