Less than two years later, the painting is cracking and bubbling. The hardwood floors have several problems. The floors that were newly installed can not be dusted or swtiffered because they catch the swiffer pads, then, I have pieces of fuzz sticking out all over the floor. The hardwood floors that they refinished have places that the stain was stripped when they polished the floors and they did not correct or spot stain these areas. I do not know what kind of polish or finish that was put on these floors but they scratch very easily. I had the floors redone in my previous home and did not have any of these problems nor did they scratch so easily.
I also have cracking, nail pops, etc. in the master bath that was completely remodeled by Morges Builders. I have requested assistance from Morges Builders, they did send workers to fix some of the problems but the problems persist and are worsening.
Two of the doors do not operate properly. Also, one of Morges Builders employees broke a part of a light fixture, two years later; I am still waiting for the replacement piece and repair of the light fixture. There are other problems such as a cracked tile in the laundry room that I pointed out to their workers that was not replaced.
