"We appreciate your comments. Our services were prompt and our equipment and personnel are highly reliable. We provided a quote for premium services and trust our customers can make their own informed decision. We also scaled our services back to accommodate the owners budget."
"From the Owner of Great Valley Fence: I agree; all aspects were discussed at the time of the estimate. I also informed Bob that I would be on the job and would like to review the project before we start. The day of installation I reached out to Bob by phone and made several attempts to knock on the door. I was told his wife would be home. Unfortunately without jobsite review, which I always do, we proceeded with the installation. Upon completion I was reminded about the beginning point. I offered several remedies, including using a leftover section of material (supplied by homeowner) to eliminate the look of a short section. I was told that the fence actually looked fine to the homeowners wife. I was shocked and disappointed by this terrible review and the homeowner makes it appear as though we can't be trusted. My workers spent a lot of time on additional work on this site: grading, brush clearing and 100 pound old concrete footers left by the homeowner. I insist on 100% customer satisfaction, but I would say Bob wasn't willing to accept any offers."
